ELF stands for "Ever Lasting Friend" ELFs handle all the logistics associated with handing out large sums of cash to include travel, security, media, and most importantly identifying those most in need. Their backgrounds range from retired FBI agents, businessmen, celebrities, law enforcement officers, firefighters, physicians, and news reporters. There is an inseparable bond of trust and affection between every ELF and Secret Santa. Some ELFs are themselves a Secret Santa and every Secret Santa is an ELF. As a team, they represent the spirit of Secret Santa and are committed to fulfilling the Secret Santa mission of  instilling kindness around the world. Around Christmas, ELFs are very, very busy.
